What is the Hours Calculator?
The Hours Calculator is a streamlined tool that finds the exact duration between a start time and an end time. It is perfect for logging volunteer hours, tracking project times, or verifying shift work without manual clock math.
How It Works (Algorithm)
Time math is tricky because there are 60 minutes in an hour, not 100. The calculator converts the start and end times into total minutes since midnight, subtracts them, and converts the result back into hours and minutes, ensuring accurate "base-60" arithmetic.
